About RadCov Kids

The way Jesus speaks about children might disrupt our paradigms for the place of children in the church. Rather than “getting in the way” of important stuff meant for adults, Jesus says that children can actually show us how receive God’s kingdom. It’s our dream at Radiant to create a place where children and youth encounter Jesus and where we also learn from them to receive God into our lives.

Children are invited to gather with us for Sunday worship. About halfway through the service, children through elementary school will gather for their own special time of worship, learning, and play.

We plan periodic events for children and families as well as fun, age specific special gatherings for youth.

Luke 18:16-17

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”

Gracie Crew

Children’s Coordinator

As the children’s coordinator at Radiant, I help teach children’s church, coordinate volunteers, and make sure they have the materials they need. In my free time, I enjoy painting, reading, writing, rollerskating, spending time outdoors and with friends, and baking (occasionally).
